Returns and Refunds Policy of US1 Supply

Thank you for shopping at US1 Supply.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.

1. Definitions and key terms

  • Order: A detailed breakdown of the items you've purchased from US1 Supply.
  • Products: Items available for purchase on our website, including but not limited to Durable Medical Equipment Supply, Respiratory and Sleep Disorder Devices, Cervical Collars and Surgical Braces, Patient Aids and Daily Living Assistant Products, AED and Anti-Choking Devices, and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

2. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

3. Conditions for Returns

In order for the products to be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in the original packaging.
  • The product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product must not be damaged.
  • The product must not have been used excessively, beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

4. Shipping Items Back to US1 Supply

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. You should send the products to the address specified on the website.

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.

5. Refunds

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

6. Damaged or Faulty Products

For faults or damages to the product upon delivery, you must promptly contact us within 7 days of receipt with details of the product and the defect or damage. You can send the item you consider defective to the address specified on the website.

After receiving the returned product, US1 Supply will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period. We aim to process the refund or replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you are entitled to it.

7. Exceptions

Not all products are eligible for returns. Please note that the following products cannot be returned due to their nature:

  • Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) that has been opened or used.
  • Any item specifically marked as non-returnable.
